Pole Dancing Goddess

I don’t know about you, but I’ve taken some pole dancing classes. Broke into tears the second class because I was so pained by the box I’d put my sensual expression into… waves of shame poured through me and in the safe keeping of a the class of sisters, I breathed through the tears and found my authentic Divine Sexual Aphrodite expression. It was so completely freeing. I did it for me. And my dancing is now the most reverent, sacred gift to the special man in my life.

This is me and cohost Chelsea of That Morning Show at E!.
We filmed on Monday and it aired on Tuesday and… yes… they asked me back!!
I was asked to talk about how to stay confident, luscious and happy when single. Well ladies… I’ve had a lot of practice! I shared that the most important relationship you can have (and the one that attracts a QUALITY man) is the relationship we have with ourselves.
I told her we need to courageously stay OPEN to life and not shrink back just because we’re single. No waiting to live fully, breathe fully through the fear, be with good girlfriends who believe in you and stay connected with inspiring doses of empowerment like my Sexy Soulful and Rich Collection. I mean it. That’s why I created it! Interviewing all those women and men and creating the juicy coaching pleasure practices helped ME attract the most amazing man I’ve ever met. I also shared about the importance of DANCE and movement… our feelings get stuck inside us and we need to let the energy flow up and out of us because beneath it is our wisdom… dancing is a great way to feel what you haven’t given yourself permission to feel during the day. In fact, I’m talking with my mentors about more product creation and I think a guided dance CD/mp3 would really serve the women I know. Let me know your thoughts.
Finally, I shared about giving ourselves permission for pleasure on a regular basis…the pleasure of making love to the earth as you walk through the woods… or even walk to the car… the pleasure of praising a sister in the line at the grocery store… the pleasure of saying No when you mean No… the pleasure of self pleasuring for no goal of the Big O, just for expanding your capacity for pleasure because single sisters… here me NOW.
Men want to win with us. They win when they can make us happy. If you have a low capacity for pleasure, they don’t stand a good chance of winning with you and pass you by for a woman with a wide huge juicy open expansive capacity for pleasure.
Thus you get happy by practicing pleasure and don’t need a man… and you attract a wonderful man by practicing pleasure to receive even more pleasure! It’s a rough job, but someone has to do it! AND your kids benefit from a happy mom, your clients want to renew their contracts with you… life WORKS!!
