The BraveHeart TV Show… relationship & dating advice & more!

This was completetly fun for me… I loved connecting with Rolonda, Suzanne, Siedah and Ellie about how to feel radiant, juicy and enjoy sisterhood. Even if it takes unloading the dishwasher in your heels… or making love to the earth as you walk to the mailbox to get those bills… EVERYTHING can be done with pleasure if you choose… even a good cry feels great to me. Pleasure isn’t all happy… sometimes it just Hurts So Good. Love you, A

What a stunning organization… the National Association of Entrepreneur Moms. I spoke on how to go from being overwhelmed, crunchy and lacking, to luscious, confident and abundant. We explored the high tech low touch society we’re living in and how this lack of touch gets in the way of sisterhood, keeps us spinning in our heads vs. connected to our truth in our hearts.
David Neagle spoke after me and blew my mind. I see my life completely differently than before his speech and feel deeply grateful for the opportunity to see what’s been in my way. Many women are holding me accountable for a bold action I’m talking Monday… news as it unfolds!!!!
And I had loads of fun kicking back together with all the women that evening. I ran into old friends Carrie Kish (check out her blog! http://www.myhundredpounds.com/?page_id=7864 ) and Tera McHugh of The Association of Women Entrepreneurs. http://www. AofWE.com . Sisterhood rocks!!!

What a weekend! I was humbled!
I witnessed the heartfelt, moving and inspiring BraveHeart Awards founded by the brave, clear, empowering woman Ellie Drake. Carol Channing is the hottest most hysterical and delightful woman! To be that vibrant, generous and in love- EVER- let alone at 88 years old! Rolonda accepted her Auntie Maya Angelou’s award- who said to Rolonda when she was young posing for pictures with her family, “Never lean on anyone Rolonda. Only bow to God.” Wow. The Rev. and Ricky BB were there, anchoring us deeply in prayer, Les Brown completing the night asking us “Who will be the angels of talent, gifts, purpose standing beside you on your death bed? Will they die with you, or did they live fully through you as you?” I sat beside him at dinner and he told me to give every person equal time. I had finished my dinner and he had barely begun, graciously accepting interruptions for photos. Yes, humbled.
For those who haven’t seen the wonderful interview I was honored to have on the BraveHeartView TV show… here is the link!
